Our partner is actively dispatching orders, more than half have already been shipped and we expect to complete the process this week.

If your order has been shipped, you should receive an e-mail from LaPoste or Sogec with your tracking number. If you have not received this e-mail, rest assured that your order is still in the queue.

Once each order has been completed, I will receive all the tracking numbers and update them in the Pledge Manager, so you can access yours.

The dice are on your way

Hi Crew members,

We're excited to share that the pallets were dispatched to our logistics partner earlier today.

The process of packing and shipment is set to starts at the beginning of next week.

The estimated delivery time will vary between 5 and 15 days, depending on your location, given that all shipments originate from France.

As soon as we have the tracking number, we'll let you know via the Pledge Manager.

This marks a significant milestone for us, and we're deeply appreciative of your continued support and understanding, especially during challenging times.

We eagerly await the chance to experience the new sets with you and to hear your feedback.

Addresses are locked

The BackerKit e-mail has been sent this week and the 48 hours are over.

However, if any of you have encountered any difficulties in updating your address, please contact us directly at [email protected]

We'll work together to sort out any issues before sending the file to our partner.

We're still waiting for the last batches to arrive in our warehouse, but meanwhile, those already received are being processed.

We have received the first part of the production

Hi Crew members,

We hope you are well.

We are pleased to inform you that we have already received a large number of sets. The last ones are still scheduled for delivery in August.

We're very satisfied with the quality and finish. We can't wait to see them in your hands.

We also received our new packagings. We had to restart production to contain the new sets, and change the serial number, which gave us the opportunity to refine their appearance.

It's worth mentioning that the blue and green dice sets we received were packed in zip bags. Ideally, our supplier should have put them directly into the packagings we provided, but to save time we had them sent directly to our warehouse. So we're going to have to put them in the packagings ourselves, and to save time we're going to leave the zip bag the sets are in. We hope you'll understand, this will save us a lot of time and enable us to send them to you more quickly.

In a few days, you will receive an email from BackerKit asking you to inform us of any address changes. You will have 48 hours to make this update. If there's no change in your address, no action is required on your part. Please be aware that our shipments will begin in early September. If a package is sent to an incorrect address, we unfortunately won't be able to resend it to you for free.

The dice are almost done

Hi Crew members,

We hope you are well. We are thrilled to announce that dice production is almost complete. Some of the sets are currently undergoing a quality check by our partner, while others are in the numbering process at the moment.

We expect to receive the dice in August. Once they've arrived in our warehouse, we'll check the sets again and pack them. There are still a few logistical details to finalize, but we're confident in our ability to keep to schedule.

Once everything is ready, the next important step is shipping. At this stage, we'll need your help. You'll have 48 hours to notify a change of delivery address to ensure that your precious dice reach you safely. We plan to send out these confirmation requests during August for shipment in September.

We understand your impatience to receive these unique dice, and we pledge to do everything in our power to keep our promises. Thank you again for your patience and support. Thanks to you, we've had an incredible adventure, and we can't wait to send you the dice we've so passionately created.

As a thank you, we've listened carefully to backers' suggestions, and we'll be including a surprise die in every set!
